At Apple, I led Music campaign management and built out user journeys for acquisition, engagement, and winback marketing in the Growth Marketing Operations team. By creating tailored journeys across multiple touchpoints, we successfully accelerated Apple Music's subscriber growth and maintained high levels of user interaction.
